Bought close to 1000$ worth of luggage but felt like I was buying a 5$ pen. Staff was fairly knowledgeable - I’ll give the mthat. But a little too aloof and indifferent. I had to go to front desk everytime I had a question. At that price, I would expect a little more personable service. Not even a “thank you” for coming. That’s why I don’t like buying online: no personable service nor attention. But then, why trek to the store if for the same level of service? There has to be more than what Amazon offers. Otherwise there’s no point since Amazon delivers right to the door.

Misleading Warranty Advertising - Beware!

I'm extremely disappointed with UN Luggage, an authorized repair center for American Tourister. They failed to honor the warranty on my luggage, despite initial assurances that the repairs would be covered.
The warranty advertising is misleading, and they seem more interested in making a profit than providing legitimate warranty service. I was asked to pay for the repairs, which was not what I expected from an authorized repair center.
My experience with UN Luggage has been frustrating and disappointing. I would caution others to be wary of their warranty claims and advertising. It's essential to thoroughly research and understand the terms and conditions before relying on their services.

Thanks for your feedback. We can appreciate how frustrating it is to pay for repairs, however, your review may be better suited towards American Tourister themselves, as they dictate their warranty. As an authorized repair centre, we are at the mercy of what brands choose to cover under warranty, and what they don't. Unfortunately, there is a limit to what we're able to do.
