Hi Ed, I'm sorry you weren't happy with the savings in Nantucket. You did save more than your Utiliz subscription fee. In fact your ROI was over 100%. We did have an issue with your most recent supplier not getting a switch done on time which caused you to end up on a higher rate for 2 billing cycles. As discussed over email we've arranged for that supplier to refund you for those two months you should have been on the lower rate. We do thousands of switches a year and unfortunately sometimes suppliers make mistakes, but we always do our best to make things right for our customers.

It is quite easy to set up, but one we are running, there is no way to really see on a chart or graph how we are really doing. I think you have some quants in your firm that should be able to come up with better feedback for us as a client to visually see: - how much did I actually pay this month? How much was I going to pay without Utiliz? what is the difference?
You send out an email once a month, but when I click on my account on your website, I only get one account page summary that seems to be more theoretical than practical. It is just not very satisfying, and leaves the impression that you spend more time and effort getting the sale than communicating to us how we are actually doing, now that we are set up. Give me lots of realtime feedback on my current and past energy usage and costs, and let me run the graphs several different ways - you know, kind of like how you guys would want to see it, if it were your electrical bill.

Hi Ian, I just emailed you but the info you're seeking is in your account. On your main account page, click on the service address to see the enrollments for that meter, then click on each enrollment to see a chart of your rate history compared to the utility, and a chart of your savings over time. The data is shown in even more detail in a table below the charts with the benchmark cost, your cost, and your savings broken out by billing cycle. Let me know if you have any other questions.
