Therefore, you should be confident in both the style and the colour before proceeding, as we are not able to accept returns if you decide it is not suitable. This does not afect your statutory rights. We are only comfortable selling these wigs to customers who are familiar with the style and colour, and who know exactly what to expect. Just so you know, if you do decide to order, Valentine Wigs covers all customs fees and import taxes for you, so there aren't any extra charges to pay on delivery. If you ordered directly from America yourself, you would be liable for customs fees, duties, and taxes. Just to clarify, Gabor products are specially ordered in from the U.S. for each individual customer, and as such they are strictly non-returnable. We make this clear before accessing the checkout page, where a box must be ticked confirming acceptance of the terms: “IMPORTANT: Products ordered from American manufacturers, such as Jon Renau, Gabor, Raquel Welch (U.S.), Kim Kimble, BelleTress, Estetica, and HIM by Hairuwear, are specially imported for you. Due to this, these items are strictly non-returnable.” You also receive an email before we place the order with the manufacturer, explaining that if you’re unsure of the style or colour, we strongly advise cancelling at that stage to avoid an expensive mistake. The screen shade colour images are supplied by Gabor for Gabor products but the accuracy can be tricky as they will vary depending on each device settings.
