We did email you on 17th January, the same day you placed your order, to inform you that the Long With Layers Wig by Hairdo in R435S+ Glazed Black Cherry would be specially ordered and imported from the U.S. Therefore, as we explained, for this reason these wigs are strictly non-returnable and we advised that if you were unsure about the style or colour, you should consider cancelling before the order was processed. Hairdo wigs are available for customers who are familiar with the style and colour, and know exactly what to expect. We always want our customers to be fully informed before purchasing, which is why we provided all the necessary details before proceeding with your order. Additionally, to make the process easier for our UK customers, Valentine Wigs covers all customs fees and import taxes, so there were no extra charges upon delivery. Ordering directly from the U.S. would have meant additional customs duties, taxes, and fees to pay prior to delivery. We’re sorry that this purchase didn’t work out for you.
