I was not happy with this wig at all , I have been wearing wigs for over 20 years . The hair on the top was too short which made the hair style looking as if it was 2 different hair cuts . Plus there was not no option to style the top as it was too short .i stupidly cut the length to make the top look even but it still did not look good so i ended up wasting my money as i could not send it back . With wigs you need to have a good length on top and the frame of your face so you can adjust the wig to your face .i wax taken back just how short the wig hair wwas on top . The back and length was lovely and colour

From how you describe this piece makes me think there may be something not quite right with this particular unit. I know you have modified this one now which makes it hard for us to help/replace but in future if there is anything you are unhappy with please get in touch and we will always try our best to change that 2 stars into 5!
There is a 14 day returns period for the Ellen Wille ranges which we would urge you to use if this was to ever happen again with any future orders.

Received Taylor wig in colour bubble gum R. What an eye catching colour platinum blonde with a hint of gorgeous pink so striking and different. Lots of compliments wearing it đ a wee tip for you I used got2b extra hold styling gel to hold the front back as can hang in your face this holds it really well. Bliss Heat Resistant Part Mono Crown Lace Front Wig Ellen Wille Changes Collection
Ellen Wille Bliss looks great so natural and is so comfortable. My current favourite. I also like Ellen Wille Coco but I find the cap on Bliss is a bit more comfortable and has a little more stretch than Coco. I like Ellen Wille wigs because of the light density and soft fibres.

We get great feedback on the Gabor ranges but of course buying new styles can come with a risk. We appreciate you taking the time to give some honest feedback on this style.
This particular supplier is based in the US and unfortunately we do not get the same returns freedom as we do with our UK/European suppliers, we offer the US supplier's as a service and find that we supply mainly to customers who are familiar with their products and would know if it will be right for them before placing an order with us. I am sorry this one has not worked out for you, we would be more than happy to investigate sizing, cap quality etc before placing an order for an non-returnable product to ensure you will be happy with what arrives.

I decided to pick Robin by Noriko in colour expresso as my first âproperâ wig and I was not disappointed. She is very light density but not so much so you can see the wefts or anything and she is a nice long style. She does have some permatease at the part but I was not bothered by this,itâs barely visible.
Lots of styling options aswell to help cover it if youâre not keen. I wore to a wedding for 12 hours and I forgot I had her on. 2 photos first is straight from the box and second is styled with 2 small clips each side.

Advanced French Lace Front Wig by Raquel Welch
This is a lovely stylish piece if you like a lot of hair. Itâs a bit too much hair for me and has quite a bit of permatease. The fit is fine my head circumference is 21 and three quarters. Unfortunately wigs from America are non-returnable and I knew that when I ordered. Valentine wigs are good to deal with and offer good prices.

The cut and colour are good and the lace front is nice, but this may be a tad short for me given I still have some bio hair beneath.
I've also had difficulty taming this one to my personal tastes - the fibres are a bit different from what I'm used to, and I've not found them super "trainable" so far.
For now, I'll be wearing another unit for daily use while I keep trying to work with this one.

Elan is my favourite wig, I also have metallic blonde rooted. It is the easiest wig to wear that I own. I have found however that the newer version is different to my original one with less fibres towards the front and this means it sticks up and is difficult to tame which is a shame. I hope they go back to the old version from earlier this year then I would definitely buy more of this style. I hope this can be fed back to EW. Itâs smaller fitting than some EW wigs. My head is 21 and three quarters circumference. I donât think it would fit any bigger head. Valentine wigs are great to deal with and I find prices are reasonable

Amber 100% Human Hair Ladies Wig from the Gem Collection
After much deliberation and after hiring the Gem colour ring from Valentine wigs I eventually chose the Gem Amber 3/5 LR Carina Brown.
At first I thought that it was a little heavy and dark, but after a trip to my hairdresser who cut in a fringe, added some layers and cut off about 5 inches from the length , i fell in love with my new hair. The colour is rich browns with a hint of auburn. I have worn different wigs for approximately 12 years but this is my favourite.
Mary and Richard at Valentine Wigs were brilliant, they answered all my questions, Mary suggested that I try the Gem colour ring before I purchased the wig and as I don't live too far away they allowed me to collect my new wig.so I ordered on the Friday afternoon, collected the Gem Amber wig on the following Thursday and the next day had it cut and styles. Perfect. I can highly recommend Valentine wigs as the personal service is fabulous.

This is my favourite topper which I order from valentine Wigs quite often. I love all Raquel Welch toppers but this is my favourite. Top Billing has a good amount of hair. Its not skimpy or sparse i think its like a little mini wig . I have a small face so some wigs can be too much but this is great with enough hair to make a lovely difference to your appearance. I love the length of this topper its just a nice length which makes it easier to look after with being heat freindly, The colours are very natural and lots of people compliment on the colour when I'm wearing it. The quality is fabulous I think these toppers are beautiful

Cap fits beautiful. It's comfy and lightthe style is as it looks on the picture. Moves just like real hair.
I have it in Bernstein Rooted. A lovely colour mix of light brown with blonde highlights. This is the very first wig I have that has never had to cut the fringe on.
I just needed to push the cap upward a little and the fringe is perfect. Would seriously reccomend buying this one. đ

A lot thicker than I expected although it has the most natural lace front I've seen. My disappointment is that after just 2 wears the ends of the hair have become very dry and gets tangled when using the wig comb. Not good for the price paid.

We have had great feedback on this piece and are truly sorry you have not had the same experience. We do have some helpful tips on keeping the ends from tangling, unfortunately this is unavoidable but there are measures you can put in place to limit the friction frizz. Are you using a Conditioner Spray? Using a conditioner spray daily helps hydrate the fibre to keep it moisturised between washes to stop drying.

Recently, however, I've been consistently purchasing from Ellen Wille. Her wigs are not only fashionable and comfortable but also have an impressive range of colors. I currently own two Music Comfort wigs in cinnamon brown rooted and light berstein rootedâthey're simply stunning! They're comfortable and versatile enough for an updo. Although they can tangle due to their heat-resistant synthetic nature, it's nothing a little steaming can't fix. Thus, it remains my preferred wig.
