Even when you’ve clearly spent a lot of time researching before purchasing, some of the details around wig construction can still be really difficult to decipher. One helpful thing to look out for when browsing styles is the wording used in the product name and description. In the case of the Arrow, it is listed as a “Part Mono” style. This means that only the parting area is made with monofilament, where the fibres are individually hand-knotted to create a more natural-looking parting. This can be a fantastic feature when the monofilament section sits on the wearer’s preferred side, though it sounds like in this case the Arrow simply wasn’t the right fit for you. You may find that a full monofilament or fully hand-tied cap would suit you much better. These cap constructions allow you to part the hair more freely and change the parting to whichever side feels most comfortable and natural for you. I’ve included a link below which filters our collection to these particular styles. We’re so sorry to read your 2-star review and to hear that you were disappointed with the Arrow. This piece is designed with a very low density for a lightweight, natural look, but we completely understand that it may feel thinner and flatter than expected from the images.
