This was my first time ordering from Valentine wigs, certainly not my last. I no longer live in the UK but at the last minute decided to go for a short break. I asked Valentine wigs if the 2 top pieces I wanted could be delivered to the UK address in time. Richard made no promises, he checked first and then got back to me that it could be done. I arrived in the UK and the top pieces were waiting for me. They are the best I have had, and were a great price. I am so happy to have found such a great company with great products and fantastic customer service. I have alopecia so getting VAT relief is a bonus!

Hi Barby, thanks for your review. You can update your account to VAT Exempt by logging in to your account with this link: https://www.valentinewigs.co.uk/account/login
Go to Edit Account
Scroll down the page and tick the box that says “Yes, I Declare I Wear A Wig For Medical Reasons"
Then complete the information, for date of your claim use today’s date
Then update your account and you will not have to pay VAT for your future orders.
