I purchased "Ivy" in champagne-R. I have been looking for this style for a long time and I just love the colour! The wig is very comfortable and everything I hoped for. Shopping with Valentine's is so easy, their prices are great and I wish I had discovered them sooner! Their communication is excellent. This is my second purchase from Valentine's and I plan to buy more from them in future. I would highly recommend them as a company.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received from Valentine Wigs. Ordering is so easy and emails keep you up to date with delivery. I’ve needed to ring up a few times for advice and to check stock and have always received great service. Also, the prices are very competitive. Still haven’t received my order after supply issues. I wasn’t impressed that I had to contact the team after the initial dispatch estimate passed. Whilst the customer service email I received was polite I was offered no compensation (it will be over 7 weeks since I placed my order and the new estimated dispatch date). I cannot comment on the quality of the product…I am hopeful that it’s fab. I feel sad to have to leave a negative review.

This wig looks very natural I was very pleased with it but I would say a slightly small large I have been a little afraid of it slipping as it is a little difficult to pin on with hair grips,so far no accidents I am hoping it will stretch with wear but one of the most natural looking wigs I have bought
