I have bought wigs online and in shops but I would recommend Valentine wigs over all the others. The prices and range of wigs are great and the service is excellent. All of the stages of purchasing an item are clear and delivery has always been exceptional in terms of informing me when items would arrive, which are always well packaged. The only time I had a difficulty (all my fault in terms of using an old address), a re-delivery was sorted out swiftly and without fuss.

I reached out to Valentine Wigs because of an issue with this product and they promptly offer a refund and a pre-paid postage label for its return. It made me feel like a value customer of a company that cares. The company gets 5 stars!

Valentine Wigs is a great company to purchase your next wig from - whether it's your first or your 21st!
The crucial thing about wearing a wig, apart from the style you choose, is the colour and it can often be very tricky determining what the actual colour of a wig is from online pictures or reviews. At Valentine Wigs, they can let you buy or 'borrow and return' the colour swatches from many different brands - check it out on the website. I was undecided between 2 colours for my 'Jones' wig and having seen in the flesh the actual colours, I made a more informed choice.
It's also possible to return some brands of wigs if you find it just doesn't work, but not all, so check the website for more information.
The staff are extremely helpful should you need to discuss any purchase beforehand. They are very quick to respond to emails too. Everyone is very pleasant to deal with, even when you ask what might seem 'silly' questions. They understand.
If you sign up to Valentine Wigs' Free Discount Club, there is often a weekend sale on certain brands with discount on top of the discount on line! Prices are very competitive and they offer a 'best price guarantee'. What more can you ask!
I will buy another wig from Valentine Wigs in the near future - I just have to make my mind up as to which one!

Lovely wig, good price, excellent customer care. Will def use this company again

I am so pleased to discover Valentine Wigs. It's traumatic to lose your hair but I have bought 3 wigs and feel like I have regained myself. The selection and price are excellent. Service and delivery are excellent and I intend to buy more wigs from Valentine. I already have a wish list.

Changed the colour of my order without any problems at all and arrived very quickly and delivery was free. Fantastic service.

Loving my Flip mono wig. This company is brilliant at customer service and provide excellent status updates on any order.

All of the Team so helpful. They Sent photos of colours swatches for me to choose the correct colour and both ordering & delivery communication very good. Wig arrived earlier than expected and well packaged.
So pleased with my purchase and with the Customer Service. Will be ordering again later in the year

I bought my second Coco wig it arrived today. I am very happy with ordering from Valentine Wigs. Wigs arrive on time and the Coco wig is just fabulous.

Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish.

I'm so impressed with the customer service. This is a company that really puts its customers first and are more interested in customer satisfaction than just making the sale. I was able to source a piece and try on before confirming my order and I'm so glad I did as it allowed me to change the colour. Had I gone ahead the colour I originally chose would not have been right for me. Not only fabulous customer service but the best price too. Nothing but praise for the team at Valentine

Thank you valentines wigs for helping and answering my questions befor i purchased my wig.

Super happy with my purchase. Thank you Valentine Wigs. 💜

I purchased Noriko KateWig in Nutmeg R. This is my 2nd purchase from Valentines wigs since January. My 1st was Noriko Sky in Creamy ToffeeR. I wanted a more brown base this time and had seen Nutmeg R colour. The customer representative that I spoke to was very knowledgeable about the colours and offered good advice. After purchase,I was informed regularly of the dispatch of my wig. It arrived on time and was discreetly packaged. The chocolate was 😋 yummy. The wig is gorgeous and the colour fabulous. Average size fits me snugly( I am between 21 and 21.5"). A very comfy fit. I love the longer layers and the way the hair hugs the chin. I think it's very flattering . I like this company because of the choice of wig makers it offers and the prices are brilliant..

5 star service. Exceptional communication. This is my second purchase, you can buy with confidence from Valentines. Competitive prices. Great website.

My experience with Valentine Wigs has been excellent. I have made 3 purchases from them so far and each one has been easy and straightforward. They offer a huge range of alternative hair at amazing prices. The wigs themselves are of great quality and arrive very discreetly packaged. Their communication is excellent from order to delivery. Valentine Wigs are a shining example of how a retailer/customer relationship should be. First class service.

New to wig wearing but found this experience fantastic. Bought wig similar to my own hair style to ease my way in gently. Love it . Everyone says it is just like my own hair. Will be buying another wig soon. Thanks Valentine wigs for making this so enjoyable

My first experience with Valentine and I'll be a regular customer from now on. Great service, great communication and the little chocolate is a very nice touch. I purchased Kai by Rene of Paris. Very chic, part mono so sits quite flat with almost no permatease and comes in all my favourite colours. Very happy customer.

Many thanks to all at Valentine. You are so lovely
to talk to on the phone. I am pleased with my Foxy wig in the multi sand shade and also pleased and surprised that it arrived so swiftly. Much sooner than any other place I've dealt with.

I need to wear a wig all the time. Friends and neighbors have commented on how nice my hair is looking. When I tell them it's a wig they are genuinely surprised.
