Have always had a good experience with Vape Craft, except this last order. I ordered a fat pack (5 3mg Rich Tabacco) and so far 2 of them are not good. They taste old. Unable to use. Hopefully the last 2 are good. Called customer service several times with no reply. Sent an email with no real reply. Might have to start looking elsewhere for a tobacco flavored juice.

Nic was not the best I've used, was peppery and brown in color. It would be cool if the beginner kit came with recipe suggestions, so people are starting with a good recipe or two and can branch out from there. My beginner kit was missing several things, nic, pg, ang vg, support intervened to correct the order but only the nic was sent. Emails go directly to spam and I can't seem to ever find shipping notifications or order confirmations in my email. In the buff is a cool product though, but it seems a little expensive
