Great quality, but shipping was a nightmare. Ordered the diy starter kit. First package only the flavors were sent, so I sent an email. Second attempt I received the lab equipment, but was still missing the pg, vg, and nicotine so I sent ANOTHER email.

My order was sent to the incorrect address and Davonae quickly put my order together again and resent my items. Vape Craft (Davonae) responded to each email courteously and timely. If I were just giving their staff a rating for the above, I would give them 4 stars, unfortunately I’m not because something in my package leaked. None of the caps were loose, but when I took it out of my mailbox right away I smelled something (I think it was a flavoring). I reached in and took my order from the package and now my fingers are a little greasy and they smell. I will order from this company again when I need to because the staff are super responsive and courteous.
