Hi Sharon, we’re sorry to hear that the items had become unpacked along the delivery route but I can assure you they left our warehouse in perfect condition along with the box they were packed in! We cannot help what delivery couriers sometimes do to the boxes when they are in the back of a van but we do apologise as you should receive your order in a good condition. If you would like to discuss this matter further please email me (alfie@vendingsuperstore.co.uk).
Thank you for ordering and we’re sorry your order didn’t arrive how it left our warehouse!
