Lotus Biscoff Individually Wrapped Biscuits - (Box of 300)
The box of tea bags had been damaged within the main package to the extent that they had spilled out into the main box. No great problem, but more likely a reflection on the handling of the package once it left your warehouse. Another slight niggle is that the delivery company will not photograph and leave the package ‘in a safe place’ meaning that despite living up a long private drive, the package was taken away and I had to arrange redelivery and wait in for the next morning to accommodate the 2 hour delivery window.

Hi Paul, thank you for your review. I apologise that the package didn't seem to be handled the best by our couriers and I will raise this with them.
The courier is able to leave parcels safe, we just need to let them know beforehand (I know it's frustrating!) so if you give our team a call next time on 01773 252052 we'll be able to make sure this happens for you
