Good Morning; This review does not accurately reflect what took place. After being notified of alleged damage, our customer care team requested photos and confirmation of how much product was affected on multiple occasions so that we could resolve the issue. No response was received. We advised that we would have been happy to collect and replace any damaged items once this information was provided. Unfortunately, without photos, details, or the product itself (which we were later told had been discarded), it was not possible for us to investigate or resolve the issue. You then followed this up with "You just lost valuable customer we are one of the biggest gym in Northampton I have over 800 members I’ll make sure you won’t get any business from us " as though it was some sort of threat. To state publicly that we “did nothing” is therefore inaccurate. Given the above, it is incorrect to state that we “did nothing.” Our team followed this up twice and was met with hostility rather than cooperation. We are always happy to resolve genuine issues and have an excellent track record of doing so, but this requires basic information and engagement from the customer. We wish you the best in finding an alternative supplier that better meets your expectations.
