I asked to have the order cancelled as soon as I saw the postage charge but it had gone through PayPal. I emailed a number of times. I didn’t get confirmation that the order was coming so assumed it had been cancelled. I was only ordering a few individually wrapped teabags to put in a few church Christmas cards to the elderly. And it worked out as very expensive for charity,
