First time customer, and will never use them again!!!, ordered 2 x 24 packs of scampi fries as a Xmas present. Arrived end of November 24, all the packets expired 14th December 2024. Contacted Vending superstore, they just told me with 'its in our T&C's, crisps have a min 14 days best before date'
Took 15mins to find their T&C's on the website, they are right down the bottom of the home page on the right, with the smallest text on the whole website! so no disputing from a legal point of view.
They also advised that I should have contacted them before hand to find out best before dates, but how am I supposed to know that as a first time customer! Nothing on the website recommending I ask that specific question!!
An individual (not a company) ordering 48 packs of scampi fries, obviously I'm not going to eat them with 2 weeks. Use some customer service common sense!
So if buying from them, beware!
I will be sticking to Amazon for my next supply, never have a returns problem with them!
