I had an order in but changed my mind on an item, so I called to change it. Kenzie said she could not change the order but could cancel the existing order and I could resubmit another order with my change. I was disappointed when I saw I had lost the savings of a one time use coupon code from the first order that was saving me about $20 on my second order. But you could not have a better customer service agent than Kenzie. She was nice and polite and tried to see if she help me, but she could not. I talked to her again today and I was impressed with her product knowledge when I asked about a holster for a Kimber Micro9. She’s sharp. Give her a raise. 😊
