Firstly I am very happy with my Hercules Oil Cartridge but it is very difficult to get replacement parts. Is there any way for me to have parts to sent to an American address different from my Canadian billing address? Or have them mailed to Canada? Or possibly a part number of the PTFE insulators if they are not custom made? Or is this response from your Canadian supplier my only option?

Thanks for your inquiry. Yes we try to get as many w9tech products as we can. Problem is they are out of stock on many items and they take months to ship anything. We just received the Hercules 510 heating rods but do not have the PTFE insulators and can't even guess as to when we might be able to get them. What we can offer is to sell you a Hercules SR-71 for only 40.00 and it contains many of the same parts that are on the Hercules 510, main difference is the bottom 510 thread and spring mounted pin. Let us know.

I ordered an Omicron and received a gift with it.
The Omicron worked great and since I was going overseas I took the (not used yet gift of ) O-phos with me.
It is smaller and packed in a beautiful little box.
However when I got to my destination, to my dissapointment the O-phos would not charge.
After contacting W9 support and sending a video, i was told to return it when back, even though it was a gift.

I just got back and they were fantastic. The O-hos was replaced And I received an extra cartridge with it as another gift. It charges and I will fire it up later.
These guys /girls go out of their way to satisfy their customer (me:yum:)

After having to fight with my tv company And my telephone company ( greedy corporations imho ) it is refreshing in these corporation days, to do business with honest and helpful, standing behind their product, business people.
I highly recommend them.

Ralph, the rep who helped me was very helpful and kind, answering any questions and proving additional tips, which isn't necessary but very much appreciated. My issue was resolved in due time and I have no complaints. I don't see any reason to switch companies as long as I'm in the market for a vape pen, thanks Ralph!
