Waltons 50 lb Meat Mixer
After years of mixing by hand I finally decided to buy this mixer. I made 2 30 lb batches of summer sausage and 2 15 lb batches of hamburger jerky. It performed awesome. I used the hand crank and with 30 lbs in the mixer it turns easy. It mixed great and it is heavy duty. I highly recommend this mixer.
