Dissatisfaction with the shipping cost. I am just a hobbyist when it comes to smoking and sausage making, having over 40% of the cost be in shipping is unacceptable in my opinion when most businesses have free shipping with orders over $25-100. Walton’s free shipping is for orders of $500 which is more than I would spend in 5 years. I think Walton’s has great products but may have to buy locally or another retailer the next time.

Easy to use site. I made ribs with the smokehouse BBQ and they were excellent. I ran out of seasoning and tried a different kind and it ruined the ribs. I’m so happy to find your site because I couldn’t remember where I bought the seasoning.
