POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE TO DATE. The product was satisfactory, but did not meet expectations as advertised. The vacuum port on the standard lid is unacceptable compared to the 20lb chef drum. The 2 star rating is based on POOR customer service related to answering product questions not adequately addressed in the owner’s manual and an unacceptable return policy. The customer service rep was argumentative and I was told that no other internet retailer has free returns while I was looking at the same item on Amazon Prime AND Cabelas CLEARLY indicating free return. Every package I order from Prime comes with a return label. Refused to assist in any manner. Customer service stated I could send it back at my non-refundable cost for their determination of refund. I recommend Webstaurant.com; AmazonPrime; Cabelas; Meatprocessing.com; or The SausageMaker.com. Keep your $5 coupon.
