Walton's Ultimate Steak and Roast Rub Seasoning
This was very salty. I wish it had how much sodium is in it on the label, for those of us that need to be careful with sodium. It is a good taste though. I cut up chicken breast into strips and used this to smoke it. I diced up the chicken, and put it n a large tossed salad, for a party. It was a huge hit. All that tried it wanted the information on how I did the chicken.

30 mm Fresh Collagen Casings
Used these for the first time last week. Very easy to use, no issues with tearing, and the big plus, I did not have to soak them as you do hog/sheep casings. The only down side was that they did not stay twisted like natural casings; after twisting a few (each in opposite direction) they still wanted to unravel. I will be ordering more soon.
