It would really be helpful if you guys put recipes or instruction for making summer sausage on your site, how much cure for 25lbs of meat, how much water per 25lbs of meat and so on.

You can go to the "How To" (https://meatgistics.waltonsinc.com/category/16/how-to-make-meat-recipes) section to watch videos on making things like Jerky or Summer Sausage. Or go to the community section to receive advice on meat processing from us or from other meatgistics users. We are really proud of it and it can be a wonderful tool to help you make the best meat product possible. If there is something specific that you think would be a good article or video on meatgistics let us know and we will look at getting that done in the future!

The shopping was great, the checking out was another story. Your web page would not accept the initials CR for the word County Road. The reason given was that the address number out of range. Therefore I though something was wrong with the numerics, not the road that I live on. Would have given a 5 star if I hadn't had a problem checking out.
