The collegen will always be preferred, i dont see us returning to natural casings. We had no bursts or breaks, we have never twisted our sausage into links, so no issues with twisting as some report. We found the collegen was VERY much easier to load onto the spile...Way easier! But most of all...No more "chewing on a deflated balloon" when eating.

I agree with you on collagen and always recommend that if the twist isn't too important to the customer as that it is the only downside of collagen casings!
