We went in with a shelf we couldn't find in five years and they found two pallets of them for us! They took pretty good care of us!

I got there at 3:30 and the warehouse people leave at 3 pm but one of the guys knows how to run a forklift--he was in shirt and tie and forklift and he did it anyway. He called in guys who live close. I was so appreciative. I just happened to be in KC for another reason and they saved me another trip. I hardly had to wait.

After dealing with another pallet racking company east of here that I won't name, you are unbelievable, awesome. Mike Hays even helped me recoup some damages from the other pallet rack company, too. You are a better company because of Mike.
