Tommy G is easy to work with. You guys are very busy, parking lot was full, but I waved and they came to me.

Cordial, helpful, from the warehouse guys to Tommy. I have worked with him for 10-15 years, very helpful guy. Pickup was five to six minutes, gave them my receipt, they got right on it, I didn't have to wait.

Sales guy was fantastic, super friendly, very quick response. Warehouse supervisor, think it was Rocky, he was great. If we ever need racking again, we will go there again.

They did great! I got the racks I needed to match up some old stuff, then I bought some wire rack too. Pick up went great, just showed them my receipt and they got me loaded up.

The mezzanine is amazing and it went well. I was missing about 1/3 of the hardware. Had to make a run to Ace Hardware to get it. Obviously, it is a used piece. Some of the hardware is scratched, which is normal. Having the hardware would have made it perfect. But the mezzanine is amazing.

The only thing I have ever purchased is pallet rack. For what I do that is all I need. I recommend them to everyone.

They are a great company, Scott Harleman is my rep and he always takes care of me. I know they have been stressed with the pandemic and everything else, but they are a good company.
