I was supposed to get end of aisle guards and didn't. I know things happen. Other than that, the material arrived exactly as it was supposed to come. The transaction went smooth. They owed me money back, because we got less than we ordered, but the refund went easy.

It went really well. The guy who loaded did a great job. It was exactly as they stated. There are some spring loaded latches I had to free up. We are real happy with them.

We had a bit of a shipping issue, we got them and they are fine. We have worked with them for along time and I like their pricing. They do a good job.

Sometimes from when you give a PO and the time they can schedule a shipment, it's a little longer than normal. That is probably because they are so busy.

I recommend them all the time! We just had to wait a little bit to get loaded when we went to get it. Everyone I have dealt with is very knowledgeable, they understand what it is that is needed.

They have been great with us. Jackson was accommodating with our requests. Some of the racking seemed a bit pricey, but it ended up not being a real issue.

There was a little bit in the beginning to make sure they understood what we were looking for, but then it was good

It was decent transaction. Communication for the sales process could have been better, as well as communication on the tracking situation.

I did multiple orders to do a whole system. We ended up being able to expand it further. I actually recommended you already to our other office. I adore you guys. I will use you forever.

They did the math for me on the racks and everything worked out perfect!

I had a great experience and I don't know much more than that. Good experience. Good ratings. Jennifer was very good. I didn't know what I was buying so she explained everything to me, how to measure, etc. Very good.

We got exactly what we needed. We got stuff from them 3-4 times and it has always been quick and painless. I would recommend them ten times over.

Having a comprehensive list of everything you have would be almost impossible! I told them what I needed, they asked a few questions and it was great. They had everything I needed. The loaders were ready to go and were fantastic.
