Product was great, K was great, I was short a few wire racks, it wasn't K's fault, I dont' know if we calculated right, but I was short two, we calculated wrong. Just a pain to have to order again cuz of shipping cost. They shipped all I ordered, but the two of us calculated so I was two short. Not a big deal, the product was great, K is phenomenal.
