Thank you for making my experience purchasing a watch as easy and pleasant as it was. I had bought a watch as a gift and the delivery was prompt and fully tracked. The watch itself was packaged well to minimise any possible damage due to any manhandling which I was very happy with. No issues at all with my purchase, but if I were to return it was clear from the invoice and return instructions that this too would have been painless. I also noticed there was an option to exchange if required. Thankfully, I had made the right choice and the gift went down well, so no need to return/replace. I will definitely recommend to others.
