Excellent service from these guys, I shall definitely be shopping with them again. I stumbled across an ad for their chinos on Instagram and bought a couple of pairs. I feel a bit harsh giving it 4 stars but they don't offer free returns which I think they need to really when so many others do, however I must say the process itself was as quick and easy as I have experienced even from bigger retailers. Having bought two different sizes to see which fit best, I sent one back and received the refund on the same day Royal Mail delivered. So whilst I feel the need to leave it at 4 stars, I would have no hesitation in shopping again.

Excellent service. Quick and easy

I made my first purchase from Waverly & Reed earlier this month and whilst I did have to return it in the end just because of my sizing (I am a 9 and a half but they only have 9 or 10), the service received was super. The initial delivery arrived the next day (though I did pay for express delivery) and my refund was processed very promptly. It's a shame they don't do half sizing but I will definitely be shopping with Waverly & Reed again.
