This is what I call first class service for awesome fees! Have paid maybe 20 times for almost similar sites in the past and by just looking and comparing those with what Webcreationuk team did it is almost impossible to figure out what did I received extra for those crazy amounts of money paid.

They struggled to manage my demands with promptitude, their approach was professional and the results is fantastic. I would definitely use them again for future projects and they are now top of my web designers’ list as recommended.

The story is simple: I needed a cheap website and I chose Web Creation UK due to their prices and portfolio; one of the best choices I ever made! Really bad service provided by WebcreationUk

I do not recommend WebcreationUk.

My experience with them has been extremely bad. Worst experience ever.
They started my website in March 2009 and after 15 months (yes, fifteen months) it is not finished.
My site is a ecommerce website to book accommodation and after 15 months they have not managed to create basic features such us, list of bookings in my admin panel, locate the properties in a googlemap, etc Yes, they cannot manage to put a pointer in a googlemap where my properties are …very sad.
WebcreationUk has basically outsourced my website to a developer in india and that’s it. No planification at all. They told me it would be created in 3 months and I am still waiting.
I basically wanted to create a similar website to some existing websites in the market and I told them so, but not sure why it seems like the developer never looked at them and he was developing nonsense features. I had to spend an awful amount of time creating print screens and send them to my developer in order to get things done, otherwise he was totally lost.
Communication is just very poor, in 15 months after I signed the contract I only got to talk to them 4 times on the phone. You are supposed to communicate by email but many times they do not respond or just ignore your request.

An unimpressive service.

I have been very unimpressed by the level of service I have received from this company. The web designers are extremely slow, do not read instructions properly and need to be spoon fed at every stage. This UK based company outsource all of the work to other people internationally. This means that it is not possible to speak to any of the designers on the phone and this in itself causes delays because it in far more time consuming to explain everything in writing rather than verbally. There also seem to be problems with the developers understanding English at times which again causes delays. It has taken two months of working with the company and my site is still not finished. Overall it is proving to be an exceptionally frustrating process. The company also charge a 2% fee if you want to pay by any means other than cheque. This means that if you choose not to incur this cost then you are again delayed whilst the company pay the cheque in and wait for it to clear. I would strongly advice using a company with web designers in the UK who you can speak to/visit.
