Very pleased with this box it's an excellent piece of kit. It froze on OpenELEC which after reading the forums seems like a common problem. I can't fault the customer service though who asked me to send it back and 2 days later it was back with me repaired.

Have had to return the device as we have not been able to make it work, in spite of following all the instructions and watching the video. Have tried and failed to contact your tech support by phone and email without a response. Shamefully poor service. We are now waiting for our full refund.

Absolutely rubbish customer service. The box had Pte installed software on it which asks for a username and password every time it is switched on. Customer services can not supply this username and password and the only solution is to exit the request screen. The wizard they recommend to install always crashes. I have requested a refund several times but get ignored. Ease do not buy this product from this company.

Not happy with this device. Overall, the size and design is good, although I can't understand why there isn't a "Stop" button (there is a play, pause, FF etc but no stop - in order to stop use the "X" key).
When the green light is on it is fine but unfortunately the amber light is constantly taking over - I'm assuming this means it is not connecting (a prime requirement for a wireless device). It's not feasible to look at the keyboard and type away as you will look up and see lots of missing letters - it's a bit small for "Touch-Typing" so there is no other option but to look at the keyboard, press one key, look up at the TV / monitor to confirm it has arrived (or not) and so on.
If it worked it would be great - but I feel I've been sold a puppy with this.
Droidbox have offered to "repair" this - I'm sorry but I don't want a "repaired" device I want a "New" device that works as it should.
For the sake of returning the item and waiting for it to come back "repaired", or the message to say that there is nothing wrong with it, no, I can't be bothered, so I'm just writing my £15 off and looking for an alternative.
FYI:
1) I am sitting 2 Metres from my Droidbox / TV
2) The Remote keyboard IS FULLY CHARGED and was FULLY CHARGED before using for the first time.

I would have given this product full marks if it had been supplied with adequate instructions. Unfortunately, this product is not as intuitive as the manufacturer would assume. Allow users to write the instructions and you've got a 5*product. On the positive side this product lives up to expectations. Has a good degree of future proofing, designed in a robust attractive set top box. Plenty of input/output sockets.

Great item just needs a bit of setting up.Found a video on you tube and it works great. Very pretty interface and home page very simple to use (once it's set up) highly recommend

The T8-S is proving to be the best box I've ever had. I am 100% pleased with it. I would recommend it as a must have item for all the media hungry movie addicts out there.

I love it but sometimes it freezes especially when you try to use showbox or codi. Would appreciate any help on this.
Otherwise its brilliant so much stuff to do and watch just like using my tablet but on my tv instead.

Early days yet, had to get a friend to help the set up, I'm getting more familiar with it & have watched a few films & some footy. Yes I am pleased with it.

Not the easiest piece of tech to fathom out. Picture quality OK. Hit and miss regarding what is available to watch. Does have a wide range of accessible channels and over-all is worth having.

low base memory thats fills up way too quick without deleting vital apps, no option to use the 500gb HDD I’ve installed as extra space and freezes all the time, oh yeah - virgin media block everything so you will have to buy a VPN that will throttle your speeds. So far its been a waste of money, it got 2 stars for the excellent support.

Takes a little time and patients but so far very good and good selection.
