Great box so easy to use and hide

Works well on PC/Laptop both win10 on "X" mode.

I bought this as a replacement for my old box and was excited at what I'd seen on the online reviews, however I have had some problems with it. Firstly I had to send the box back. The wireless WiFi speeds were very slow. I compared the speed to that of my phones WiFi in the exact same position and my phone was over 4 times faster. I emailed the guys at Droix and to be fair they replied promptly and were polite. After providing them with the reference number on the bottom of the box I was told it needed a firmware update. They provided me instructions as to how to complete this myself but the box wouldn't update and kept throwing an error message up. I had no choice but to send the box back. Droix had the box back for just over a week. It's now been returned to me with the latest firmware installed and so far appears to be working ok although I've had to use a network plug to boost the speed. The explanation I was given was that my box may have been from a previous batch that didn't have the latest firmware which is fair enough but I felt it shouldn't have been sold to me then and should have been checked first.
Hopefully I encounter no further issues. Slightly disappointed with the whole experience but the guys at Droix were prompt and helpful.

Feels nice, plays well, easy to connect and reconnect to my laptop and tv box 👍

Top notch product. Could not be more pleased.

Bought an RG-350 to replace one I bought elsewhere. I thought I'd ordered black as in all black but received the black and orange version. Apparently I should have ordered the translucent black.

All is good though. Its a great device came with a 64gb sd card, but I swapped it out and put in a 128gb card. It supports a wide range of emulators.

I absolutely love this, a great purchase. The build is solid and the controls are slick. The only downside is it's very loud, even at the lowest setting. Mute it if you're playing well after midnight. If you missed out on playing the classic arcade games from the 80's and 90's, this is definitely for you. Be warned!, it's highly addictive.

Excellent, well built

Fantastic upgrade on my old box, fast and responsive and now I am getting used to it the air mouse is very handy

Awesome piece of kit, received really quickly. Great service

Bought this for my hubby he thinks it's brill, never off it.

Fine but can not find out how to update it as can’t find the qta zip.file

Great product. Has absolutely loads of old games i remember playing. Loved it so much i recommended it to my brother who bought one too. Very easy to use and put new games on. My only gripe is the charger cable could be longer but its a not a big issue. Also it would be good if i could connect it to my tv, i do believe you are in the process of getting this to be possible, but i didnt buy it for that reason i just wanted a handheld device. I would recommend this to anyone, a really good device and a good price

fast and reliable android box, pity there remote are the worse remote i used in my entire life

Works perfectly

Box absolutely brilliant however the G10 air-mouse is absolutely rubbish great service fast delivery

The best

Excellent product, price, service and delivery! Very satisfied all round with the quality of this little time capsule of pure nostalgia. So much amazing crammed into one little handheld.

First of all thank you at DroiX for the fantastic service in lockdown.

The RG350M is an awesome bit of kit and it plays all the games flawlessly, so many systems emulated. I now have a whole arcade in my pocket . I used to play Double Dragon at the arcades as a kid growing up at 20 pence a go . Honestly this little machine is brilliant for all you're retro games up to ps1 games. I can highly recommend this product and DroiX. Will be buying one for my daughter next pay day as she keeps pinching mine to play Spyro . IF YOU WANT A FANTASTIC RETRO EMULATOR THIS IS THE ONE TO GO FOR ,Buy from DroiX you wont be dissapointed.

Sweet product,fast,responsive and powerful
