Great system really impressed

Excellent service from the guys at DroiX. They took time to answer all of my questions and concerns, made sure I had the right product for me and were always very quick with their replies.

Nice small size to the android tv box, a fun skull at top of the box which has green eyes that light up, cool feature. Nice easy to use remote, a fast and reliable box, definitely recommend

Awesome piece of kit this. boots up very quick and looks snazzy.
Pre-installed with Showbox and mobdro ( though mobdro is very hit n miss )
and also Kodi, but cant manage to get a build on kodi for the life in me?

The GPD Micro PC is a lovely little machine, very easy to use and surprisingly fast. Very portable, and the vast array of ports makes it very easy to connect external devices if desired. It gives excellent screen reproduction on my normal desktop screen when connected via a KVM switch. The option to turn the fan off is very nice and in normal use I have noticed any slowdown in performance by turning it off. The built in screen, though small, is readable and very useful, it gives all the advantages of a mini PC with the portability of a laptop. The keyboard layout is a little different to a normal sized keyboard, but it soon becomes second nature to use. They keys, though small and not suited to touch typing, are big enough that each can be easily pressed without pressing an adjacent key.

It comes with Windows 10 pre-installed which works perfectly, but there is an "Alpha" test version of Ubuntu Mate already available to install for those that want Linux; I have tried this and it also works well, although I will wait for my preferred Linux distribution to be updated with the latest kernel. However, great to see you are not forced into a Windows environment if you do not want it, and good to see that GPD are liaising with the Linux community to offer this, which adds extra flexibility to a great little machine

On a different note, Droix are a superb company to deal with! Item delivered the next day, very well packaged. I had a minor query, 100% my stupidity, yet got a very fast, friendly and helpful reply. I only wish all companies were as good to deal with. Cannot recommend highly enough.

RG- 300 V2 ( Snes Version )
Great Unit , Speedy Delivery but there was something that really let it down for me.
According to " All " the video reviews ( including the ones on the Droix website ) it comes with a fully loaded 32 gig external SD card but this is not the case so read the description as its not mentioned there and they do NOT include it. I felt a little mislead as you tend to trust the video reviews placed by the company.

Great piece of kit very pleased.

Very fast

Great little machine. Small enough to fit in your pocket, the build quality is fantastic (those shoulder buttons are perfect), the screen looks great, and it's comfortable to hold. The stock firmware is nothing much to look at but very functional, and can be replaced with the comic book firmware I know a lot of people like. Battery life is really good (I've used it for 5 hours without needing to charge). Emulates Sega Genesis and GBA fantastically well. Very good PS1 emulation on all 2D titles such as Rayman, Gex, Bust-A-Move etc. and can emulate some of the 3D ones as well such as Army Men Air Attack and The Lost World: Jurassic Park. SNES emulation is a bit hit and miss but most are still playable (and many games were ported to GBA anyway). Would definitely recommend for a cheap, portable, retro-gaming machine.

Preferred when droidbox skinned the boxes.

Fantastic. Four days work and just to check my progress, and to be proud of what I have achieved with my Pocket Go device. The console now is worth more to me than money. I could not have done anything without DroiX. They had it sent out to me in record time as well. I am absolutely confident in giving DroiX the five stars here. Outstanding!!

The service rom Droix was exceptional and the ACEPC i7 7500U is a very fast mini desktop machine especially when combined with a decent NVME drive and 16gb DDR4, the main use for mine is for CCTV configuration and monitoring and it handles this task very well, even if a little noisy at times with the large fan in the base constantly trying to balance the temperature but this is far from a deal breaker as CCTV software is very intensive on system resources.

Does just what I wanted - provides an HDMI connection which is missing from my GPD pocket pc. Quality seems excellent when used for internet radio to my audio system. Only minor comment that connection lead could usefully be a few cms longer.

As described new and working Perfect straight out the box. Brings back childhood memories thanks again DroiX will be doing business again

Thanks!

I bought the RS-97 plus and it was the best decision that i could make.

Before i tried the RS-97 i bought a pap kI 3 and it was a big disappointment. The Pap kiii was not able to play GBA and SNES titles which i wanted to play mainly.

The RS-97 is capable to play both consoles (SNES with 1 frame skip) and also PSX, which i really have not expected (nearly at 100% speed with 1 frame skip)

Great Device and support from Droix

Good box pity about delivery paid for next got lost in transit delivered late
Should have been refunded postage as i stayed in all day and no delivery and thevdelivry company not very helpfull

This is a fantastic device. Do I need to say anymore?

Very clear screen and brilliant size fits in the front pocket of my cargo pants. Can’t wait to use it more extensively as I have only just touched the surface of its uses. I don’t even mind the small keyboard but must get used to no Tab key on the left.

Great device, oozes the feeling and character of a Gameboy, wonderful build quality. Feels solid in the hands, the screen is the perfect size for GB type emulation, slightly bigger than I was expecting and all the better for it.

The volume control is a little fiddly but otherwise the unit is extremely good. Lovely feel to the controls, materials are excellent. The clicky shoulder buttons are a great addition. Worth the investment in my opinion.

awesome mini pc and a great seller. will certainly consider using DroiX again
