This is my first Android/Kodi box and it has taken me a little while to fully investigate all the functions etc.
In my limited experience this is an excellent box with solid functions, excellent build quality and a very minimal footprint.
I had one issue in LibreELEC at start up with a Kodi build, but the excellent Droidbox staff helped me sort it out very quickly and I was able to continue without any further trouble.
For a novice this box might be a little complex at the beginning, but it's very easy to go forward and I would recommend this box to all levels of ability.

I have now had my Droidbox T8 Mini Just over 2 months know and as this is my first Android based T.V box am l pleased to report after a couple of weeks of getting to grips with KODI l am more than Happy!!! The build quality of the box is superb and the droidbox Homescreen startup menu is presented/laid out perfectly.
One of the main reasons l purchased this box was because of its ability to play audio out to a std stereo amp l own through its RCA(Phono) connectors at the rear of the box, this works perfectly using Android KODI but unfortunatly when Booted into LibreElec KODI the RCA Connections are not supported (Confirmed by DroidBox team!). Apart from this niggle l would highly recomend this Droidbox and is excellent value for money. Would recommend to everyone the use of a wireless mouse with it as allthough the supplied remote is good and does what its designed for the use of a mouse makes much quicker work of tasks.

DroiX T8-S Plus v2 Gamer's Edition Bundle
Great product, smooth and perfect for my needs, family love it. Having a few issues with droidbox share, comes up with a request for a 8 digit auth key every Tim the device is switched on, a little annoying. I need to have this resolved, will use the support team when o have time. Other than this little issue the device is fantastic with room to fit a hard drive, perfect and future proof.

The box is great, had an older version from a year back and the new version is faster and better. What let me down was the keyboard and how I had to constantly faf about with its battery as it was loose or the USB receiver to just get it to work. Given I had the old version keyboard I knew how it should be so I tried sorting it through customer service. It took almost a month of back and forth e-mails before they wanted me to send the keyboard back at my own cost. Suffice to say I was not happy with the service and just fell back to my old keyboard as it works great with the new box.

Great remote, would have been even better with a backlit keyboard...

Ther appears to be issues when starting the box. It goes to screen rather than the home screen. You then have to press the home button before you can operate the droid box. Is this normal ?
