Box arrived promptly but hasn't been used much yet. I was unhappy with the fact that support was unwilling to change the discount applied to my order as I noticed a promotion for fathers day after I had confirmed my order. As a customer I found it disappointing that my order couldn't be amended to apply the higher discount, especially as I had planned to repeat the same order once my brother had confirmed that the box was working as expected. It appears to be poor judgement on the part of the support staff.
Thanks,
Cronin

I'm used to Windows and I do not understand very well Android.
So i'm quite unconfortable and clumsy when navigating through Internet.
Sometimes I cannot move the mouse pointer freely and I do not understand what the available Icons mean, some sort of User's guide would be very usefull.
The keyboard is too small and the use of many keys is a mistery to me, again a basic manual would help a lot.
Besides all this nagative aspects, the device is fast and powerfull.

Box came with minimal content so you need some level of Kodi knowledge. Works well.

Very fast and efficient delivery to France (3 days). A bit daunting at first, but after a few hours getting used to the instructions obtained on line, everything is working fine. Cancelled my Sky subscription!

My son and I just bought iMXQPro boxes off Droidbox and had some initial teething problems so I contacted the online chat support and Chris was fantastic. He sorted both devices out and got them running smoothly despite being involved in several other conversations with other customers. He always made me feel like we were haveing a one on one conversation and I asked questions as I went along. The Quick support app that he used to get inside my device was very clever and I was able to follow his moves and learn how to do stuff myself. A very interesting experience. I bought from Droidbox because, to be fair, all the brands can have similar machines but most of us need help along the way and Droidbox Customer support had a good reputation and reviews. I have not regretted it. Keep it up guys!

Droidbox T8 Mini, is lovely little Android Box. Well made with a quality feel, so simple to set up. I bought this Droidbox because it was UK made and well supported with OTA updates. Pre loaded with lots software and Droidbox App Store and a lovely support app as well, its easy to get going pretty quickly. Being new to Kodi this Droidbox was a great introduction along with the Mini Keyboard. A Great Purchase !
