I have watched the "Sugar gazebo cake topper surrounded by doves" course. I especially enjoyed the royal icing detail work on the birdcage. The craftsmanship that had gone into the doves is commendable, as is the ingenious way in which they were mounted on the cake. It's a good course, well explained; to me, that is very useful.

Sir Yener is an incredible master of his art. In fact, in my opinion, he is one of the best artistic cake maker.
He is very articulate with his lessons and explains everything in detail. He is so patient with his work and explains all so too well. If you have no experience in baking or making creative cakes, just by watching his lessons, I assure you that you will be able to make one of his cakes with no difficulties. I have been a member of his website for years now and I enjoyed making his cakes.
Information in the website is very well designed. With all lessons, you get a list of necessary preparation items, a PDF downloadable cake making diagrams and instructions file, and most importantly, a video which is always accessible that demonstrates piece by piece how to make the cakes from scratch. His demonstrations depict the making of the cake look so easy… and it is. The way he teaches you and goes step by step, it is very easy to make it yourself.
The cinematography of his lessons is also professionally done. The camera is always positioned at right angles and at the important details of the crafting through each segment, so you never miss a part of the lesson or detail he explains or works on. It truly feels like you are attending a masterclass while seated in the front row able to watch everything in details.

I have and still enjoy being a member of his website and I cannot think of any improvement I can suggest to his team. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and craft with us all.

Hi Yeners , I'm really happy the way Chef Serdar shows us new new techniques that are a bit simple for us to use in our day to day life . Just one request please if we can get some tutorials on icecream cakes, mousse cakes, velvet finishing products, macarons etc etc that can also help us in our businesses as well. This is my 3rd consecutive year with yeners and I want to learn more from him . So along with two tutorials a month if we can also get like two extra for such requests which will be ofcourse short not like the customized cakes chef teaches us. Or if that's not possible then he gives a tutorial on one on one basis whenever we request please.thankyou

Don't buy the anual subscription! Once you cancel you lose everything! Just buy what you are wanting individually then it's yours!
