I've now been on 2 yoga retreats with Yoga Beyond the Studio and they have both been life changing! I had never tried yoga before the retreat and it was a stretch for me. However, everything from the booking, the transport, the resort, classes, excursions were all top notch! I left as a yogi wannabe and with friends from around the country! What more could you ask for!

This retreat was awesome! It struck an excellent balance between fun and relaxing, well-organized (with plenty of excursions) and flexible, social and introspective.

Retreat organizer, Shayna knows what she's doing. Every partner she brought onboard to support this experience was fantastic, from the catamaran crews to the resort staff to the folks handling our transportation. She goes the extra mile and adds those nice little touches and surprises to the experience that help it exceed expectations. Her yoga classes (usually in the morning and evening and always optional) are thoughtful and accessible. Shayna herself is a bubbly and charismatic personality.

For this particular retreat, there was a physical therapy component, which was unexpectedly amazing. Dan Lang of Roots PTP held individual assessments and multiple workshops that touched on the entire body. He was personable, knowledgeable, and an excellent communicator.

Overall, this retreat delivered on everything I wanted and then some. The connections I made and the memories I made will last a long time. The question now isn�t if I will go on another retreat with Yoga Beyond The Studio, but when!

Had an amazing time in Belize! The jungle resort was amazing! Allie is a wonderful yoga instructor and leader. Everyone at the resort and on the retreat were so warm and welcoming.

I was hesitant about online yoga classes, but this has been a great experience. The instructor is very engaging and skilled at making the virtual class feel personal. It's been a convenient and effective way to stay active.

We booked a private yoga class for our team at our office in Arlington, and it was such a fun and bonding experience! The instructor made everyone feel comfortable, regardless of their yoga level. It was a great way to break the work routine and brought our team closer together. Highly recommend for any workplace looking to add a bit of wellness and team building!

Just had my third in-person class and I'm loving it! Each session is different and really caters to how I'm feeling that day. The instructor is amazing, really listens and adapts the class. Feeling stronger and more flexible already!

The online private class was a game changer for me. Being able to have a session from home but still get that one-on-one attention is perfect. The instructor was fantastic, helped me work on some specific areas. Definitely continuing!

Had an in-person session yesterday and it was just what I needed. The instructor was knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. Loved the personalized attention. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a more tailored yoga experience.

Been doing the online private classes for a month now. It's been great fitting yoga into my busy schedule. The instructors are amazing, really attentive even though it's virtual. Noticed improvements in my flexibility already!

I can not begin to express how amazing my adventure with Yoga Beyond the Studio was! From the beautiful location, to the wonderful local hospitality, the well planned activities, and the easy travel, it was truly a stress free adventure. Shayna handled all the details, answered all our questions, and was available start to finish! I came home with 12 new friends and a full heart! If you're thinking about trying something new, my best advice is GO! Your life changing adventure is right here!

A very memorable experience. Pilates, the Mayan ruins, cave tubing, zip lining, and Caye Caulker. The most unique experience and perfect retreat. I will continue to enjoy yoga beyond the studio retreats, they�re the best!

This was a fantastic trip! It was just the right amount of �participation� (no pressure), Nicole is the best, and I can�t imagine being with a greater group of fun and amazing ladies! Shayna thought of everything, the packing list was very helpful for someone packing last minute, and the gift bags were used by everyone. The jungle resort was great with good food and very friendly and accommodating people.

This was one of the best trips of my entire life and I travel A LOT! I booked back in September I had a lot going on and wasn't sure it was the right thing to do at the time, but I can say I am SO GRATEFUL I did. Everything was organized perfectly! The resort was amazing, the food, the service and the staff. The pilates instructor was amazing the adventures were wonderful! The group of women that I spent the week with changed my life. I was able to celebrate my birthday while I was there and the staff went above and beyond and decorated and even made the best cake ever for me to celebrate! The women made me feel so special as if I was with my best friends I had for life! I am so so so grateful I booked when I did and it came to fruition the way it did! Shayna did an exceptional job with the organization of this retreat! Cannot wait for the next one!!!
