Absolutely love this bicycle . Easy to put together and break down when bicycling. I take with me inside camper when traveling and when I see a Rail Trail I hit the breaks. Ordered a set of folding pedals on Amazon and the bike rack from Zizzo. Folds up nicely even with bike rack attached. Great product! Great price!

Ordered a refurbished Zizzo bike that came with a tore up seat, wear on tires, excess oil and grease on many parts, and of poor overall quality. Upon reaching out to Zizzo trying to resolve the poor quality of the bike, they have made me feel inferior for voicing such concerns.am not happy with the product or the support received since. Would not recommend

I was amazed at how much better quality the Via bike was over the Campo I owned before. Not to say anything bad about the Campo. For the money. It’s a great bike. But the Via is well worth the extra money. I am very happy with it. It’s been hauled by sailboat all over the Bahamas and ridden rather rocky rough roads with my heavy 250 ponds on it.

Both arrived well packed, no damage. Easily unpacked and set up. One bike had to adjust the front brake to center over rim and let off cable to prevent them from dragging. The other had to adjust the index stop for the large rear sprocket.

I have only 2 opportunities to ride my new bike, I will say that I loved the ride instantly! When the heavy rains and extreme heat ends I will be back in the saddle, as they say.

The bikes are very good, we had no problem with them. They are well built and come with good components. I bought a Via and an Urbano. There was a free UPS delivery and I asked them to ship to a USP store because I had no US address. The bikes were almost sent back to the store because the store was private and had no storage space. The delivery was free and when I arrived at the store they wanted to charge me a $ 30 fee for each bike. As I was getting the same day they arrived the manager dismissed me from the rates. I took a star just for the inconvenience of delivery.

Loved the bike right out of the box! Easy to get out of my trunk and unfold and then it's just as easy to fold up and put back in my trunk. I use it to get from where I park my car to my office and back again (about 1 mile each way). I have been doing this since May.
