King Size Camping Air Bed – Navy/White

Luxury King Size Air Bed – Navy/White

Spare-Part PVC repair patch (3 pcs in one set)

2-in-1 opblaasbare stand-up paddleboard en kajakconversie

Premium Waterproof Lightweight Sleeping Bag - Black - 3-4 Seasons
I ordered a sleeping bag from this company and provided my full correct address. Unfortunately, they passed on an incomplete address to the courier (my street without the house number). I noticed this immediately on the courier’s tracking system and contacted the seller several times, asking them to correct the mistake.
The courier confirmed to me repeatedly that only the seller could update the delivery address. Despite this, the company did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. Instead, they just kept sending vague, polite replies without any concrete action.
To make matters worse, they kept spamming me with emails asking, “How do you like your product?” — a product I still haven’t received after more than a week. At this point I also don’t have my money back.
This company has shown poor customer service, lack of accountability, and zero willingness to solve a problem they created. I cannot recommend them at all.
