Producto no recibido. No hay respuesta de atención al cliente. Se envían correos y no dan información. Tampoco respuesta del envío. Muy mala experiencia.

After exactly one year of usage, we had an deflating issue with the bed. The bed deflating itself from a fully inflated state to almost a complete deflated state after around 1-2 hours. We followed the guide they provide to find any holes the bed may have but we were not successful to find any. We talked to the customer service about the issue and we also mentioned we have a extended warranty on the bed (you could extend the warranty of the bed one more year by registering your purchase on their website). They are really responsive and they requested some vids and pics to evaluate the situation. After providing the requested videos and pictures of the problem, they immediately reported back and send us a new bed. We're extremely happy with the customer service and how they handled the situation.

Velen Dank.

The air mattress exceeded the expectations. It's firm and comfortable considering it's an air one.
