Tillandsia Concolor Air Plant
Concolor arrived looking great! The medium size is perfect -- about 5' tall. Displayed in a standard size vintage teacup. This will make a great little gift for a friend! I'll be sure to pass on growing information and a little bottle of plant food too.
I may need to order another for myself!

Blushing & Blooming Tillandsia Air Plants
I am new to air plants so decided it would be nice to buy some that were in bloom when I got them. I am very pleased with this purchase and the plants are happy campers. I did have to reach out to customer support and the response was very quick. I will definitely buy from this seller again. Thank you !

Tillandsia Bulbosa Guatemala Combo Pack
This is my very favorite air plant. They are small, but I put all 5 into an antique cactus vase with 5 short arms. They look terrific!
I especially like the smooth, dark green color and how the slender 'leaves' go out snaky in all directions. Wonderful!

Tillandsia Funckiana Air Plant
This is my first air plant, ever. I was recommended this type from a friend, did some researching, and settled for this company to get it from. I fell in love with this one because of it reminding me of pine needles. Anyways, i received the plant very quickly and not damaged. Mine did arrive in bloom, so it was an extra surprise for me. With it being my first, I really appreciated the postcard that came with it with instructions on what to do when it arrived. I've had mine for about a month & it's still thriving. Throughout the month, I've been, slowly, adjusting soak lengths and how often to fit the living conditions I have for it - I think I have it pretty much perfect or close to it now. Thank you so much for making this process easier for me with that postcard along with the individual page for this specific air plant, they've been super helpful.

I've ordered from this company many times and I'm always pleased with the fast shipping, care of the plants, quality of each plant, and even the instructions for care that's included with each purchase. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience and will continue to order from this company. Prices are also very reasonable!

The plants I received from you have been superb. But I am doing something wrong. I have three that are in bud. Didn't know not to water the bloom until too late on one :( But Every time I soak my plants (20 min. I seem to have a couple that get soggy on the bottom. Today I put my plants in a bucket of rain water for 20 ins. When I took them out a prize plant with 2 pups that looked absolutely great when it went into the water came out rotted! Fell all apart. I cried! I let them dry on towels I spray with feed once a month. It seems the one that my main problem is with the Huamelula or at least that is what they look like. What am I doing wrong?

I'm sorry to hear that you are having some trouble with your air plants! Yes, it is recommend not to get the bud wet when watering as this can cause your air plants to rot.
What kind of water are you using and how much light do your plants get? It sounds like your plants might not be drying out properly, which can cause water to become trapped in their bottom leaves which in turn causes rot. It is also common for plants to fall apart if they aren't getting enough sun or air flow.
A good rule of thumb when watering is to shake out any excess water from their leaves, and let them dry for at least 4 hours before putting them back in place.
Here are a couple links with some further info on watering, issues with air plants etc.

Tillandsia Ionantha Air Plant Combo Pack
This is my very first air plant order. I'm decent at growing things but have had zero experience with air plants and, I must say, this company has made it effortless for me. There's such a nice variety of pretty plants and accessories. Also, they have so much helpful information that I received my plants and had complete confidence in what I was doing. After having researched various online companies, I feel like APDS has a very comfortable quality to price ratio. I've only just begun but I'm confident I'll be able to grow an amazing collection with the help of this company. Wonderful experience!!

I wanted some larger plants for a glass container I purchased at IKEA. These are perfect! I just used the plant food for the first time, so too early to see a difference. All of the plants that I purchased from this site have thrived, with the exception of the few that my cats thought were prey. Alas the cats won.

Tillandsia Air Plant Grab Bag - 20 Plants
I love my new collection of air plants. This is the third time I have ordered from Air Plant Design Studio and have been please each time. They are quick with shipping and the plants come nicely packaged. I have received both tagged and untagged plants, but I am not concerned about that. I did have a question about one of my orders and they responded back to me within 12 hours.
I have sent the Tilly of the month to two of my family members as surprise cercies and they love them. They may be hooked now.

Tillandsia Air Plant Starter Kit - 5 Plants & Fertilizer
These came packaged safely and in great condition. After just a couple of weeks they are absolutely thriving and are stunning!!! The package came with Seleriana, Caput Medusae, Ionantha Gutemala, Juncea and Scaposa and of course the fertilizer. All were clearly labeled for me which is great, so that I can manage their care based on their specific needs. WONDERFUL!

Tillandsia Argentea Thin 'Fuchsii v. Gracilis' Air Plant
I love the versatility of this plant. Once a week, I rearrange mine. Sometimes it lives in the kitchen in a rock garden and this one really makes it feel like a high desert, and sometimes I let it live stand alone (like here) since it's so unique. For as soft as it is, it came packaged perfectly and is stunning!

I am relatively new to air plant collecting, but the shop made it very easy to obtain the fertilizer and plants that I'd wanted within days. Even though this was a random selection I'd let them know of the couple plants I'd had in the order comments and they made sure to not give me repeats! Definitely my new plant go to 💕
