Tillandsia Andreana Air Plant
Was some what disappointed with this purchase. The plants were supper small. I was expecting bigger plants. But, the plants are healthy. The second picture is of Andreanas I already had. Large and healthy.

Hi there,
Thank you for the review. I am sorry to hear that you were slightly disappointed in the andreana plants size. We strive to send out plants as close to the size in the photos as possible, but are limited to what we have in stock as well. The good news is that with proper care they will grow to be as large as the ones you already had! Thank you for being a repeat customer :)

Air Plant Club - $30 Monthly Premium Subscription Box
Within the last month I've gone air plants crazy! I purchased the premium subscription box after receiving my 10 plant grab bag.
In my box I received a blooming Houston and the Tillandsia Tectorum. They are gorgeous and quite unique. I also love the simplicity of clicking the skip button for every month I don't want another box. My only recommendation would be that as a subscription box I feel it should packaged differently. It's very similar to the mystery grab bags. Only difference is you don't have to physically go back to the website and reorder.
With that being said, the customer service is outstanding and very knowledgeable. I continue to recommend this company to anyone who shows interest.
Also I realize the photo isn't the best. They're usually displayed in my office at the high school I work at.

Hi Sarah,
Thank you for the review, we are glad that you are enjoying your air plants! Thank you for the suggestion about the subscription box. We do send the subscriptions in a kraft gift box and the plants are labeled, which is different from our air plant grab bags. (Those do not come labeled.) Happy growing! We are glad to have you as part of the air plant club!

I ordered this particular air plant after my dog ate my last xerographica. I was certain that I would never find one as beautiful as the one I had, especially not from an internet supplier. I was completely wrong!! The xerographic sent to me by Air Plant Design Studio is absolutely perfect in every way. It's phenomenal in size, composition and color. I was blown away when I opened the box and saw it. The leaves are full and artistically curved, and the center has amazing hues of purples and pinks. This plant sold me on the legitimacy of buying air plants online from Air Plant Design Studio. Also, included in the shipment was a beautiful and super healthy ionantha guatemala at no charge because I had to wait slightly longer than originally anticipated for the shipment of my xerographica, which, by the way, only took a couple extra days. Air Plant Design Studio went above and beyond to show me that my business is appreciated. Thank you Air Plant Design Studio!!

Tillandsia Capitata Maroon Air Plant
This is the largest air plant I've received. I really love this one. It's got a beautiful deep rose center that spreads out onto the leaves. It is very sturdy and shaped beautifully. I've attached pictures, but may plan to showcase somehow else. So excited about this. I also have others, as you can see. I have the subscription which I love and get new ones each month.

Tillandsia Latifolia Air Plant
My first order at this site. My Latifolia is 18' X 20' . Wow it is healthy and just beautiful. I wonder how big the 'large' is......scary. I have used 'another' site for years and all the plants I received from here are superior. This is my site now for great tillandsia.

Tillandsia Balbisiana Air Plant
The air plants I ordered where to replace others that are not doing so good. Our Wisconsin weather is not kind to any of my house plants. The air plants I had were just fine (No flowers or babies though, they seemed happy) Now it seems they are all drying out and they are to neat to all be composted! They are sprayed with water every other day and fertilized with air plant fertilizer every 3 to four days. How can we thrive and be happy here, together?!?
Response from Air Plant Design Studio
Nov 11, 2019
Hi Katherine,
I'm sorry to hear that you have been having some issues keeping your air plants alive in Wisconsin. It sounds like they aren't getting quite enough water. Air plants should be soaked at least once a week for around 30 min to an hour, and then allowed to dry for 4 hours or so before putting them back in place. Misting or spraying isn't enough water for most air plants. Also, you should only fertilize your air plants once a month. They could be drying out due to over-fertilization, which can burn the leaves.
I hope this helps! If you have any questions please email us at info@airplantdesignstudio.com
Best,
Megan
