Very beautiful, easy to play, super light, sounds so good => Only pleasure!

With Eastwood, there are so many good choices to choose from and the 3P has been on my list for sometime after owning the 2P, I decided I needed this model as well...Great customer service, worry free transactions and great company to work with...

I am new to lap steel. I have been experimenting with various open tunings. Right now I like how Open D tuning sounds with Blues, Rock and Country Rock music. The Airline sounds awesome whether “clean” sound or with overdrive. It looks amazing and to me totally lives up to my expectations.

This guitar is a gift for my 9 year old son. He loves the guitar! I love this guitar as well! The riffs just poured out when I picked up this guitar! My son started playing more and was enjoying practicing. I'm gonna be picking up a new guitar myself from Eastwood soon.

I previously had a supro amp endorsement with the last owner of supro (same guy who owns pigtronix) I would see Eastwood at the namm show and I love what they do. I'm left handed and the last 5 years I've only been buying lefts. no more upside down backwards whatever like I've done most of my life out of need. I saw this left twin tone and I had to have it.. I play it through a supro amp and the pickups are so hot on the low end that it rattles the life outta my amp.. it might be blow now.. idk.. I had to set it up when I got it action was higher than Willie himself.. but I'm cool with that. That normal, new string, Then I thought maybe the pickups are too high.. it was heavy and loud and the tone just uneven.. rattling low and highs chime my ear out. Almost a month and I can not get a good tone .. a little better after the pickup adjustment. the intonation is perfect, but it still sounds outta tune .. I like the guitar hate the pickups.. I will change them.. the ad say kluson style tuners but they aren't kluson they word it in a mis leading way.. they should have just put vintage style tuner.. mock klusons .. fo klusons, imitation klusons.. these are the worst! Get better tuners everyone! The big Ole frets took some getting use to it feels like your driving over speed bumps in a school zone or a neighborhood where children are at play.. I really feel like I'm in the 50s.. final thoughts cool guitar woodworking/fit/finish/paint/fret end and leveling are all chef kiss. Tuners horrible.. pickups probably better suit elsewhere and I'm on the fence about the bridge saddle.. I am going to mode it all r send it back.

Very cool! Although the pickups look like mounted by the trainee and volume and tone knobs seem to be slightly mixed up, this is a very cool guitar. I like the sound, I like these pickups. They have character, versatile sound, beyond ordinary. The vibrato is above my expectations, stays pretty much in tune. Overall, pretty cool!

I received this guitar about two weeks ago and I must say it's a beautiful axe. The new grain-exposed flame finish is gorgeous and I love the color. I like guitars that are a little "Off the Wall," and this one definitely qualifies. That said, it also plays and sounds awesome. I like the master volume control in combo with the individual pickup volume and tone controls. The pickups sound perfect and easy to control with your amp settings. I own many Eastwood guitars and I appreciate their "Guitcoin" discounts for additional purchases.

The Ripley Custom has a lovely tone and is great to play.

The low E has a slight buzzing and one of the tuner boxes also has a buzz but I'm sure this will easily be fixed with a little servicing!

All in all, it's a very special guitar!

I've always loved Eastwood guitars. My first Eastwood was a side jack. This time I tried the airline and couldn't be happier. The guitar has a nice mellow sound and excellent sustain! I mean geez it's awesome! And it goes well with any pedal you put to it. I'm so happy to have this guitar. Thanks guys!

I own 4 Eastwoods now, and I love all of them. Hands down the best value on the market- each one I've purchased could've been sold for twice the price, in my opinion. I have a couple of “major” brands (Jaguar and a Les Paul), and I play my Eastwood guitars more. Buy one, you won't regret it

beautiful guitar, however it requires a slight setup on the neck (some strings "whip on the neck" and the potentiometers are slightly asymmetrical).
For the rest the guitar is wonderful

The Airline by Eastwood is a great lap steel guitar. The strings are spaced perfectly and the right height above the fret board. As received, the internation was nearly perfect. The strings were good for C6 tuning, although I did change to a set 015 017 022 026 DY30 DY36 simply because of preference. The Airline lends itself well to both pick and finger picking styles. The tones are crisp regardless of chords, single string or pinches. I recommend this instrument to beginners, students or professionals. Very pleased with my purchase.

I'm using this Airline Big Horn in a different way than intended in that I had it setup in open C tuning with heavier gauge strings and the action just a little higher for slide playing which is mainly what I'll be using it for.
This guitar sounded great in standard tuning but is also great in this application and it stays in tune!

Got this guitar to perform at gigs with. I love the feel of the thick neck . The short scale is a joy to play ! I find it works so well for heavy rhythm because of the wider neck . I have smaller hands being a female and it's fine ! The way it balanced makes it feel practically weightless even though it's not a super light little guitar . Love the burning hot pick ups ! Everyone asks about this guitar ! Get one you'll have a blast with it !
