Aussie Christmas Hanging Decoration Wombat 7cm
Bought a few Aussie animal ornaments for visitors from overseas. They had a smooth white base underneath which was perfect for to write Xmas 2025 Oz in them. Will be a lovely way for our overseas family to remember their time in Australia.

Purchased 1.8m tree but is shorter

BAVARIAN White Fir 6ft/180cm Christmas Tree
After measuring my window I decided to purchase a 1.8m tree to fill the height of the window nicely. The actual tree is much shorter than that; just one single branch when positioned vertically to put the tree topper on makes up for about 20cm of the height. Instead of the tree fitting my window nicely there is now a blank space above. The quality of the tree is good but I think the heights advertised are misleading.

Very happy with this purchase. Lifelike; easy to assemble. Easy to pack up & store with box and/or carry bag. Prelit tree very convenient. Only thing missing is ability to choose flashing or other sequence of lights as the lights can only stay on or be turned off

Iowa 7ft/210cm Pre-Lit Christmas Tree
I have just put up our new tree and it looks beautiful, but it wasn’t without issue.
The hinged branches on the 2 upper tiers weren’t able to be brought down as the tree lights were wrapped so tightly and haphazardly throughout. I had to remove the top two tiers of lights and reapply them in order to allow the branches to come down (worth noting the lights are standard string lights that have been pre-wrapped around the branches- not bulbs within the branch design). I’m sure the following years will be much smoother now that I have reapplied them, but quite irritating given the price.
We also never received the storage bag, and will now need to make contact to follow up.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your new tree. We're delighted to hear that it looks beautiful in your space! However, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you faced with the tightly wrapped lights on the upper tiers.
We understand how frustrating it can be to spend extra time reapplying the lights, especially after investing in a product that should bring joy and ease to your holiday experience. Your input is invaluable, and we will certainly take it into consideration as we work to improve our product designs for the future.
We appreciate your understanding and hope that your future setup will be much smoother. If you have any other concerns or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team.
Thank you once again for your feedback, and happy holidays!

Great quality product and everyone in the neighbourhood loves it.
It is definitely big, like really big and takes up a fair bit of space so subsequently It requires a lot of anchor points and sandbags to keep grounded so if purchasing keep this in mind.
Kevin was great to deal with from start to finish so I will definitely be buying from him again in the future.
Couldn’t be happier
