Excellent program even for those with limited computer literacy. From simple flowcharts to mindmaps to complex diagrams, all easily set up and conveniently editable. .Comprehensive template database, everything one might need. Have used for about 20 years, hope many more to come.

The ordering process was simple, the prices were great and the delivery was prompt and on time. Item was delivered as sold. Not sure there is anything better that can be said about an online sales process.
