Had to make this purchase because it was need for a contracting job I have. Didn't have the Outlook. It was easy to install. The look is slightly difference but easy to maneuver in. I would recommend this purchase even though it's costly.

The changes in the programs took a bit of adjusting, but there are many new features which I love. Installation was totally smooth and I've had no problems with any of it.

I purchase a new laptop for my wife to replace her older laptop. Office Professional 2016 has given her the same computing capabilities. I'm definitely a satisfied customer.

Not only it is a bargain. It the support to install it is outstanding. I recommend it totally can hardly believe my chance to have found it. Once I placed my order I said to myself I might be fooled again and may be once more a looser BUT NO! Support was there helping all the way to install it with patience dedication and courtesy to a 77 years old lady unable to manage my MS office replacement. Will remain grateful forever
