Dear Anonymous, Thank you for choosing the AMI Group of Companies as your desired service provider. We sincerely apologize that you have had such a terrible experience with us. It hurts us to see one of our clients expressing such dissatisfaction in our service, with legendary years of experience, and almost 100% success rate. You left similar review on Hellopeter which we have already responded to. However, with reference to our refund policy, the process, terms, and conditions associated to it, are clearly outlined within our Service Agreement, hence the reason every client is compelled to sign such agreement immediately after making payment. This agreement binds the company's obligation to you as a service provider and your obligation as a client to the company. With said agreement, you have all legal rights, to claim a refund, should you choose to discontinue the process, because we are both legally obligated to abide by the terms and conditions of the agreement. Unfortunately, if you didn't sign the agreement, it's makes it difficult, for us to process a refund request, because we do not know on what basis we are to process your refund, since we don't have any agreement to attest that we are to refund you, and if yes, what are the terms and conditions associated to refunding you. I understand you might be frustrated, but this is the company's policy, and the essence of this agreement is to protect you as the client, all in your best interest in a situation similar to this. Additionally, if you had the agreement, you would have also known that payments are not refunded within 14 days. These are some of the reasons we highly encourage you to sign the agreement, so that you can understand your rights as a client, and our commitment and obligation to you as a service provider. Our record shows that the agreement was first emailed to you on the 27th of October, 2022 @ 14:48, and the 4th of November, 2022 @ 20:53 for which up to present, you haven’t signed. We therefore recommend that you contact your Account Manager or Sales Consultant for further assistant, in helping you the best way possible, to resolve this issue. We appreciate your feedback.
