I am satisfied with the way Tanaka engaged with me through the whole process of explaining things and asking questions in relation to my qualification/eligibility
It was customer centred and it made me feel relaxed and I have nothing more to add rather than just say 'keep up the good work!!!!!

It was a good experience, the procedures were somewhat delayed and very costly, but the important thing is that I am now studying in Canada because of the office.

A quality service, the commitment is based on a contract of means not of the result, the main thing is that they do what is necessary to obtain the right results.
And from my personal knowledge of the leaders I testify that they have the good faith to help the students.
