This is good. Iike it even though I typically dont care for coconut flavors, the flavors in this are very subtle but it still tastes good. What's even better was the customer service. I also ordered 2 cacao protein and instead I received 1 vanilla. Within less than 10 min of emailing customer service, they apologized and indicated they will be sending the correct order out asap..it was that simple, no back and forth. Thank you!

I really love the vanilla Ampd Pro. I was a little disappointed by the chocolate cacao. It tastes gritty and has a weird sweet after taste. It's still better than other protein powders out there, but I probably won't purchase it again. Sticking with vanilla!

Definitely helped not make me as sore as I was the day prior to using it. I’m more sore the next day and cringe bending down but not with this stuff!

It’s a little bit gritty and has a slight strange aftertaste when mixed with just water but if made into a smoothie, it’s actually pretty good.

I used it 3 times/day for a week, in between meals. It definitely needs to be mixed with warm water, and doesn’t taste great, but I had good effects! Helped to curb hunger between meals and the best thing that I noticed was a decrease in sugar cravings. I ordered another bag for my husband to try!

Love it in my oatmeal. Taste is strange for protein shakes but I enjoy it in my oatmeal in the morning with berries & almond butter. Thank you!

The product itself works great. I suffer from delayed onset muscle soreness and was used to waking up the day after working out and having a difficult time picking my legs up. This would persist for 2 to 3 days. After trying AMPD Re-Cover I no longer have this problem. I only use it 3 days a week after my most difficult workouts too! I don't think I'll ever go without it again!
However, I rated this a 4 because the taste takes a little getting used to, the product only takes up 3/4 of the bag (so you're paying for a lot of air), and the bag does not reseal so I had to buy a container to put it in. The product is fairly pricey so I feel like more attention should be paid to these things.
